More Comments at Google MapI'm a foreigner from California. My quarantine ended today and this Ramen restaurant was right outside my window. After looking at the reviews I decided to get the basic Yokohama ramen. You walk into the store and to your right is a vending machine looking thing where you order your food. Just get the two with stickers above them. I got the Yokohama ramen. It comes with I think a pork broth, lots of noodles cooked firm, nori, and pork. The noodles were cooked perfectly and the broth was really good as well. It was a little salty, though. I don't know what is expected of ramen restaurants and service, but the person who served me was this nice lady who didn't seem overly frustrated that I was speaking broken Japanese. She assumed my total ignorance and even gestured to the chopsticks and spoons, and suggested I use black pepper and garlic by pointing at them. I probably won't be in this area of Chiba again, but my first bowl of ramen in Japan wasn't bad at all.
I think the ramen that came out was topped with seaweed for 100 yen on a medium-sized portion of roasted pork noodles, and was in the red because the seaweed was piled around the entire bowl. The chashu, soup, and seaweed were delicious. The green onion char siu bowl is delicious and not too spicy. It becomes habit.
It was my first time visiting the store. The parking lot is usually full, but maybe it's because it's a three-day weekend? I delayed the time and visited around 1/4 o'clock. Enter the store and find the ticket vending machine on the right. The kitchen is on the left with a counter. There was a table in the center. First, I chose Yokohama Iekei Ramen, Gyoza, and Mini Charshu Bowl from the ticket vending machine. I was issued a ticket, took it to the counter, poured some water, and went to the table. I ordered something a while ago. Ramen noodles are medium thick and short. The soup is soy sauce based and has a good thickness. Enjoy eating afterwards.
