It's difficult to express the characteristics of Iekei itself, and to be honest, I think it's a matter of personal preference, but as someone with experience eating and drinking, I think this ramen shop is relatively well-organized, even if it's a chain restaurant. If there is a problem, I think that the thickness of the soup may be slightly inconsistent, but since it is made by humans...it is natural that it will be delicious every time, but I have tried it several times. I think it's best to take a look and judge everything.

I often go to eat at this restaurant. Because it's delicious! And this time, the stable taste of soy sauce tonkotsu ramen! The hardness of the noodles, the thickness of the soup, I forgot one more thing, but the ramen here is really good~ When I'm hungry, I order everything on top! If you eat this, you'll be full lol
