Chiba, Japan｜麵処 大椎亭

I intended to get off at Oami Station, but I missed the train and ended up getting off in the dirt, and unfortunately Chiba was hit by an earthquake with a magnitude of 5. I was hungry and the train didn't seem to be moving, so I decided to get off at Toke and finish my meal. I was at a loss for okonomiyaki, but I was drawn to the shellfish soup ramen and decided here. There was only one female clerk. I ordered the special shellfish dashi salt ramen and egg-cooked rice. Honestly, it was really delicious! The shellfish soup stock, which has no strong taste and is not overpowering, and the crunchy onion topping, which is typical of Chiba, were really delicious! I didn't notice it at all, but he even went out of his way to apologize for the fact that the boiled egg topping on the ramen had fallen apart (lol) (It was delicious regardless, and it was perfectly soft-boiled.) The egg-kake rice was very delicious with a rich egg, and after eating half of it, I started to taste the yuzu pepper and special shichimi. When I put it on, it was even better! If I have a chance, I would like to try another ramen! Come to think of it, there was only one woman, but I'm glad that there was no damage from the earthquake lol

I ate both shellfish soup and chicken hot water, but both are delicious. Shellfish dashi soup should use a good amount of shellfish. Contrary to the clear soup, the taste has an impact and is delicious. The white chicken broth is rich and rich as expected, but thanks to the chewy noodles and the red onion mentioned later, the aftertaste is surprisingly refreshing. While the two types of char siu are delicious, the finely chopped red onion adds an accent to the appearance and taste. Considering the location, cost and time and effort, I think the price is conscientious.
