The most important ramen is Yuzushio from Kiyoyu. I think yuzu is only yuzu skin, but it was easy to eat because it had a good balance with saltiness. The topping char siu is a loin cooked at a low temperature that you like, with a slightly sweet flavor. Because the noodles are very thin, they stretch a little at the end and have a thin texture. Personally, I think it would have been better if it was the same as thin noodles in plain hot water. I also tasted a little plain hot water, but it's creamy and has a good balance. I'm not good at chicken chicken, so I preferred soy sauce. Also, there was no set menu during the Obon holiday, but the special broiled rice bowl is excellent!
