More Comments at Google MapA local ramen shop. I visited around 18:00 on August 9th. Today, the clerk's one operation seemed to be quite difficult. Always special tsukemen without yuzu, addictive and stable deliciousness that you won't eat regularly! We will go again! Thank you for the meal.
I had the spicy kakufuji noodles. Just 1000 yen. More vegetables, no garlic. The noodles are very stiff and have a good texture, and the soup is spicy, which I really like. I will go again.
The shape is unique because it is a former mountain hut ramen shop. When you enter the front center entrance, there is a ticket vending machine on the right side. Coupons may be found in local newspapers, and ticket vending machines have buttons for them. Drinks purchased from vending machines outside the store can be brought into the store. There are counter seats, table seats, and parlors, and I thought the counter seats were a little narrow. A children's menu is also available, as many families come to the store. It's not noisy, but it's not suitable for a quiet meal as there are many people having a normal conversation. Joshoken is famous for Kakufuji, but thin noodles Chinese soba noodles also have soy sauce, miso, and salt soups on the menu, as well as tsukemen. It is often the case that you can add a medium portion for free. I don't know if they still exist, but I've seen Kakufuji in a washbasin-level vessel.
