2023.10.24 First visit Came in at lunch time without waiting. It's right in front of the Narashino Station ticket gate, so you don't have to worry even on rainy days. I wasn't sure what to get, but before I entered the store, I decided to buy the limited edition soy sauce C (850 yen). What is this good atmosphere while waiting at the counter? I looked around the store. That's right, this store is silent. There is no wire. When I listened closely, I realized that the sounds of the wind flowing through the ducts, the sound of the refrigerator door closing, the gentle voices of the owner and his wife, and the sound of water being drained were the sounds typical of ramen restaurants, all of which were pleasant to the ears as background music. I was very satisfied with the atmosphere of the restaurant and enjoyed the delicious food. Of course, I finished drinking ``Soy Sauce C''. Thank you for the meal. I'll bother you again.

I go almost every week. It's neutral. Recommended is urashio. The usual call is ``Salt B flavored egg, 3 plate wontons, and cooked rice (Saturday)''. You can enjoy creative dishes such as limited edition noodles, seasonal miso ramen, ginger miso, hiyashi chuka with plum vinegar, and plum salt. The shio-paitan ramen is also delicious. Moved to front of Narashino Station. Even after the move, I visit there twice a month and it's still delicious. The soup is light and unsweetened, so it is very delicately seasoned. So I end up drinking it till the end. I think Yukichi's ramen is mainly about the soup. I don't know the technical terms like kaeshi, but the soup is really good. Even with the same menu, the noodles have changed little by little, and now they are smoother than when they first started. I also like the previous Horohoro system. The half-boiled egg yolk of the flavored egg is irresistible. I sip it before it breaks open and melts. Thoroughly seasoned. The takikomi gohan is an orthodox takikomi rice with shimeji mushrooms and chicken that will make you feel at ease as if you were at your parents' home. Is this wonton worth 200 yen? So much meat, meat, meat. It has a fluffy texture and is very good. Soy sauce A/B, salt A/B, various types of miso, I felt like I had conquered all the regular menu items, but I realized that I had never tried the sauces. I would like to go there if I have a chance.

A ramen shop located behind Shin Seiyu in Kita-Narashino. We have recently moved to the 2nd floor (1st floor is Shichirin) of the building next to Narashino Station in Shin-Keisei. It's still a popular store, and people line up to get in right after it opens. If you come around lunchtime, there will be a line of about 10 people from the entrance to the bottom of the stairs. I ordered soy sauce A and my wife ordered salt. The popular wonton is added to the salt. Add seaweed and egg to soy sauce A It's delicious no matter when you eat it. It's refreshing and you can even enjoy the soup. Also I want to go!
