It's best eaten with rice mixed with ramen pork and noodles. Sakai's food and beverages, including other Japanese sweets shops, are of a high standard.

I've been coming here since middle school. I always get the mini chashu bowl and pork bone ramen. It's the best with consistent taste and reasonable price.
