Soy sauce, salt, miso, tonkotsu (holiday only), tsukemen...there are so many! But I definitely recommend soy sauce! I'll have to wait a little while on holidays. There's a fair amount of parking, but it's so popular that there's still a wait. The store looks like a shack, with a counter as the main feature. There are three long tables set up in the building next door, and depending on the time of year, you may be seated at one of the tables outside. It looks and tastes simple, but it has an addictive taste that everyone from children to the elderly will love. If you haven't eaten in a while, you have to go eat! That's what I think it tastes like. Even now as I write this review, I still want to eat it... The ramen is served on an inorganic tray like a school lunch, but thanks to this, cleanup is efficient and the turnover rate is not bad. This is my favorite ramen shop.

Visited on May 7, 2023. On the last day of Golden Week, which unfortunately rained, I visited Tokyo Ramen Chiyoda in Sakai, Kashiwa City for the first time in search of a soup that would be gentle on my tired stomach. Thinking that Chinese noodles alone weren't enough, they ordered "wonton noodles + seasoned egg" and Kami ordered "soy sauce tsukemen". The moment I drank the soup, it gave me an indescribable sense of security, and the dried sardines were fragrant😊I had to hold back even though I would have drank all the soup🥲The amount of noodles was just right, and the noodles and soup were a little curly. It feels like they are connected and have good compatibility. It was a popular ramen shop, with people lining up before it opened even on rainy days! ︎

``Tokyo Ramen Chiyoda'' I had passed by the store many times, but never found the right time to go in. I was on my way to my destination around noon, so I turned the wheel without hesitation (lol). This is a very popular restaurant, and the parking lot was full, so I almost gave up for a moment, but God was kind and just one car left. I was really lucky. When I entered the store, it was almost full. I was cleaned up and sat down. This time's choice was salt ramen with ajitama. In conclusion, ◎ Google Maps' high ratings were not just for fun. When you take a bite of the clear soup, you can taste the flavor of dried sardines after swallowing. After all, it's best to stuff your mouth with noodles. The half-boiled flavored eggs are also the best. Above all, the thickness and flavor of the chashu was ◎ Personally, I found the crispness, aroma, and taste of the mitsuba leaves to be exquisite, along with the soup. I'm glad I found this rare "ordinary ramen" that is light but delicious, just as the Google Maps seniors have said.
