It was a very spicy and delicious Jiro Inspired dish. Orochon, which is written on the sign outside, has an addictive spiciness made with chili peppers and minced meat, and it has a very original feel that is different from the Jiro ✖️ Mongolian tanmen that you can find in Tokyo and Saitama. It was a delicious sticky dish. It was so delicious that I'm sweating even as I write this. The char siu pork is also melty and delicious. When ordering, instead of being asked when the noodles are boiled, please let us know all the toppings when you order. Garlic is included by default, so if you don't need it, you have to explicitly ask for it without garlic.

What is [Orochon Ramen]? Orochon Ramen is a place in Chiba that only those in the know know. There was miso ramen, but I ordered the 750 yen "Orochon pork ramen" that is on sale here. It's called Jiro-style ramen, but the difference from Jiro-style ramen is the spiciness. But the spiciness is addictive. I wanted to eat char siu, so I ordered the Orochon pork ramen, but I wonder if I could handle the volume for 750 yen! ? The amount is enough to make me worry. Not only that, but there's also the word ``mashimashi'', which is a strange order for Jiro-style ramen! I had all the toppings in the standard size, but the amount of pork was so large that I regretted ordering the "Orochon Pork Ramen" which apparently had one (?) piece of pork on it! However, the char siu was delicious, so if you have a big stomach, please order the pork side. The noodles have an image of pasta covered with a film similar to Barikata ramen, and are chewy and delicious! The inside of the store is large enough to accommodate about 6-7 people. There are 3 parking spaces in front of the store. That day, I was very hungry and had to go to the bathroom three times, but it was a good meal. Thank you for the meal🙏
