Visited on April 16, 2023. [Shina Soba Funatori] in Takayanagi, Kashiwa City, Chiba Prefecture. My first visit was to get the nostalgic taste that the store's sign says, ``China Soba (Charshu Topping) + Half Fried Rice.'' Kami shared the ``Japanese-style Tsukesoba'' and ``Gyoza.'' First of all, when you have a clear soup made with careful work, you will be served ramen that is full of nostalgia that is true to the signboard 😊Also, since the amount of noodles seems to be large, I also have a moderate amount of half-fried rice in the middle of the ramen. When I eat it with soup, I feel even more nostalgic.☺️While I was waiting for my ramen, the gyoza was served first, and I regret that I should have had a non-alcoholic beer with me as well. I'm humbled that they've been running a store for 40 years in a place where they can't say anything 🙇‍♂️

When I was little, when my mother wasn't at home, my father always took me to the store "Funatori". I remember my father always saying, "The Levanilla here is number one! Eat it!" I am taking my son now. China soba, fried rice and gyoza are delicious. And the ravioli are delicious as always. If I could see my son, who is now small, taking his child to the restaurant in the future, I would sip ramen with tears in my eyes. Thank you Heavenly Father! And thank you, Funatori!
