It also comes with rice, so I guess I'll eat it at TKG using the soy sauce on the table. When I asked about it, I was told that it is recommended to eat it by dropping an egg into the bowl. The spiciness is said to be milder. This was my first experience with raw egg in Sichuan ramen. There are two types of Sichuan ramen (tandan noodles): soy sauce-based and miso-based, so you can adjust the spiciness and enjoy the toppings. (There was also tanmen that wasn't spicy♪) It feels like it's spicy without adjusting the spiciness, so whether you can eat it deliciously or not. The noodles mixed well with the minced meat and soup and were very delicious. Gyoza with meat and vegetables. It was delicious with simple seasoning and a reasonable size. I like sweet things, so I really liked the seasoning of the minced meat in the tandan noodles. Next time I would like to try a miso-based dish with a sweeter flavor!
