I think tonkotsu-based ramen is one of those ramen that people either like or dislike because it has an animal-like smell, but Juzoya's ramen 🍜 doesn't bother me at all ❗ First, I took a bite... The char siu also had a smoky flavor and a firm thickness, and the topping of wood ear mushrooms was crunchy and helped make it a delicious dish. Good family after a long time! I met you! A shop run by a famous family in Toride It was crowded so I gave up and went here! In fact, it was the right decision to come here! It was the sweet Iekei ramen that I like! The parking lot was in the back and easy to find! ! The inside of the store is also nice and clean. The customer service was also great! It might be good for a ramen date!
