More Comments at Google MapIf you arrive 5 minutes before opening on weekends, there will be a line. I couldn't sit in the chair waiting outside. I entered the store after waiting about 30 minutes. Purchase meal tickets at the store. I could only use 1,000 yen, but when I told them that they only had the larger one, they exchanged it immediately. Since the owner only cooks, the cycle is to cook the ramen all at once, and then cook the fried rice all at once after serving. Ramen with a gentle soup that goes well with fried rice, which lives up to its reputation, and classic fried rice. I can understand why it's popular.
Although the store is not very spacious, the two cheerful staff create an atmosphere that makes it easy to enter. I could see that the place was popular and thriving, even though there was a sign asking people not to stay too long. Even though it was midday on a weekday, about 10 people were lined up outside. I ordered medium and half fried rice with chashu noodles. It was quite a portion, but the salty taste of both was just right, not too strong. Recommended for those who like light soups made with dried sardines. The noodles and chashu were also easy to eat. I just felt like I needed something more.
This is my first visit today. Last time, I went on a Sunday at noon, but there were over 20 people in line outside, so I gave up and decided to visit before noon on a weekday. We arrived around 11:30 and there were 9 people waiting in line outside. After about 30 minutes, we arrived at the store, where the owner and his wife, who appeared to be their wives, were managing the food. Today I ordered medium sized char siu noodles, flavored eggs, and half fried rice! I asked for it in noodle form. Soon, the rice bowl will arrive! As expected, the visuals are perfect. The letters Katsura on the bowl are facing towards us, which I felt was a small consideration. Personally, I would prefer a bit more dried sardines and a stronger soy sauce, but the taste was very satisfying. And it's half fried rice! This is exquisite! The taste is just as good as the local Chinese food. If you have room in your stomach, please try it. Also, the smiles of the owner and his wife were very nice. Thank you for the meal. I will visit you again.
