A place to go when you love meat.

Not only the taste of the ramen and fried rice, but also the mother's attentiveness is the best! I already want to eat chashu noodles! Next time I think I'll try braised braised pork and gyoza🥟. It was worth coming all the way from Izu!

There is only one parking space available. It's usually full, but today it was empty as it was just before opening. The store opened at 11:30, but when I arrived at 11:25, I was able to enter the store. When you enter the store, a friendly mother will guide you to your seat. The tables and other items are showing their age, but I was surprised that they were not sticky at all. I was impressed by how my mother carefully cleaned the room in her free time. I ordered the Tonkotsu Kakuni Ramen, and later realized it was a set and had it changed to a fried rice set. The food was served very quickly, in less than 10 minutes, probably because I was the second person there. I was surprised when the food arrived. There were two huge braised braised pieces sitting there. The size is approximately 2cm thick, 13cm wide and 6cm high. If you try to pick it up with chopsticks, it will fall apart. It's so flavorful that once you bite into it, it's the best. The soup is salty and packs a punch. The noodles taste like regular thin Chinese noodles. There were lots of fresh-looking crunchy vegetables, and the green onions were freshly cut, giving it a rich aroma. It's not a particularly complex taste, but it's simply delicious! ! It was a ramen that made you feel that way. The fried rice is also delicious, just like the fried rice at a ramen shop! After all, red ginger is essential!
