While wandering around Fujimi-cho, I suddenly found this shop in a back alley. I thought the soup was "salt", but other people's reports said it was "white soy sauce". It wasn't rich, but it had a deep flavor. I was told that the noodles were made at a noodle factory rather than homemade, but I liked the chewy, thin noodles. Overall, the type is similar to the nearby "Goto". I would be happy if you could compete with each other and enhance the taste even more. If I had to be greedy, I would like something to be done about the Western music BGM. I revisited it a while after I wrote it. This time the BGM was quiet. I ordered ``bake'' ramen by default. Although it is called Kaedama, the contents are similar to simple mixed soba noodles. First, I enjoyed it as a mixed soba, and then had the remaining half as a side dish.

I went there at night when the seats were empty, and for the first time in a while I was able to eat delicious ramen including the soup. I think it's delicious for people who don't like Iekei ramen. This time, the two of us ordered wonton Chinese soba and chashu noodles. Both were basically the same, but the wontons were delicious. The char siu is dry in cross section. Personally, I like char siu that melts when simmered, so next time I would like to eat the baguette with something other than char siu noodles. ~Next week~ I wanted to eat it again so I went there 𐤔 When I passed by the store, it wasn't crowded, so I ordered some buckets as well. The menma here is specially sized and is 2 to 4 times longer than the regular ones you usually see, and it's delicious! A pile of spinach is also a nice accent. It seems that the waiter starts boiling the baguette while watching you eat it, and brings it out when the time is right. It's a different food from ramen, and it's delicious whether you eat it as is or add 2 to 3 cups of soup with astragalus.

The store was very clean. I think the customer service from the staff is also very good. Although the soup is light, it has a strong flavor and is very delicious. The noodles seem to be 130g of thin noodles, so I made it into luxurious Chinese noodles with lots of toppings and ate it. Definitely a repeat purchase.
