I had a lot of really delicious food. Honestly, it's the best Iekei ramen I've had recently. The soy sauce is crisp and punchy, and the pork bones are not just a smell, but a scent that goes down your throat as soon as you put it in your mouth. The hardness of the noodles is also perfect.
