I have been a faithful customer for 11 years. The Hokkaido(ra)men is amazing. Make sure you get Chashuu. And their simple soy sauce is perfect if you want something a little lighter. I can’t understand why their neighbor (ichiran) gets so much exposure. This place is much better.
