Sakura, Chiba, Japan｜Tammen Shouya

This is my first visit. The store clerk is kind. The No. 1 Sakura tanmen and tonkatsu cold noodles were delicious. If you order ramen, you can get a set of boiled egg and rice for free until 11:30. It was a great satisfaction.

I received ``Sashin Tanmen'' at ``Tanmen Shoya'' in Sakura City. Is this the spicy miso version of Sakura Tanmen? It had a spiciness, but it was even more delicious and I was very satisfied. The medium-thick curly noodles are mixed with the soup, and not only vegetables but also cubed chashu come out from the soup. This is so delicious that I highly recommend it.
