More Comments at Google MapI personally like the ramen here as well. Also, the fried chicken is exquisite. Normally delicious I think it's a ramen shop.
Perhaps the third generation Maru in Funabashi of the same series has been to the pole several times. It is based on white chicken broth and has several flavors. In the past, the 3rd generation had "Chicken Paitan Dried Sardines", and it was a ramen that I liked that had a good aftertaste of chicken paitan and doubled only the umami, but I heard that it disappeared recently. When I found this 5th generation nearby and ordered a plain chicken soup, it had seafood in it and it reminded me of the dried sardines I used to have. It was really delicious. Both the fried chicken, the sauce, and the yuzu pepper were as delicious as when I ate them at the third generation! Now I have pork bones and my companion asked for it, but he said it might be a little thin. However, if you ask for pork bones, it is said that it was delicious if you ate it with mustard mustard greens, which you can get for free. It's not that big, but there is a parking lot that you can enter from along the main street. The atmosphere of the store is also very good and I would like to go again.
2021.05.29 Soup 9 Pork soba Noodles 9 750 yen Ingredients 9 Total 9/10 points I visited the store because it was next to Book Off and I had been curious about it for a long time. It was a wonderful store that exceeded my expectations. 【soup】 Although it is a very rich and creamy soup, it still has a soft, chewy pork smell. Strike. A well-processed creamy soup is nice, but a soup that lets you feel the strength of the pork is irresistible. It also has the perfect balance of bringing out the creaminess, making it difficult to soak in easily. Unfortunately, it wasn't raw, but it goes well with Hakata garlic. 【noodles】 Firm Hakata noodles with low added water. Is it a little thick for Hakata? Choose the hardness you like. The wire is also nice and hard, making it irresistible for those who like hard wire. Perfectly thin noodles. [Ingredients] This is also perfect. I could feel the dedication to the char siu. It is seasoned with strong soy sauce, and is probably grilled over charcoal, giving it a different aroma from the burner, which goes well with the rich soup and is a delight to the palate. The seaweed was also delicious and fragrant. It has a good presence with a lot of crunchy, slightly thick wood ear mushrooms. [Replacement ball] 1 ball 130 yen, half ball 80 yen A nice feature that allows you to choose a half ball as a spare ball. It's nice to be able to fine-tune the amount you want to eat. It seems like it takes a while to order even for harigane, so it's better to order early. [Aedama] 1 ball 210 yen, half a ball 160 yen This is my first experience with aedama in Hakata. It was topped with shredded chashu pork and green onions, topped with dashi powder, and topped with a salty Balinese-style sauce. Perhaps thanks to this Japanese-style sauce, it transforms completely when added to soup, and instantly transforms into a good seafood/tonkotsu bone. This is also a dish that you can use as a main dish, and even though it's made with rich seafood and pork bones, the noodles have a strong flavor, so thin noodles would be fine. Be careful not to drink too much soup halfway through, as the sauce will become too salty. It might be better to leave the soup or adjust the sauce. Also, it's too salty to eat as is. In any case, it's the best Hakata-style dressing experience. [Overview] The store is large and has a large number of seats. It was high quality ramen that you don't often find in restaurants like this. The menu has a wide variety of interesting dishes such as chicken paitan, authentic gyoza, and kinso chicken karaage, so be sure to try them out. The oolong tea used instead of water seems to be delicious as well. It's this kind of care that makes all the dishes so delicious. As a Hakata fan, I was a little sad that there was no pickled ginger even though they served Hakata ramen. Even though it has sesame seeds, mustard mustard greens, and garlic. Anyway, Shin Hakata style was a wonderful experience.
