Tasty, the sour soup is less yummt

I had Oikouji miso ramen. At first, I thought it had a strong shio koji-like taste, but it seemed to have a synergistic effect with the sweetness of the miso, and I was immediately captivated by the elegant taste of the soup. The noodles were chewy and had a good texture. The chicken breast chashu had a soft and delicate taste, and I was able to enjoy the difference from the other type of chashu (probably regular chashu) that came with it. It was a very delicious ramen.
