More Comments at Google MapI used it for lunch on a public holiday. It is located a little away from Shin-Kemigawa Station. It seems that the owner is doing it alone and it seems difficult, but I was impressed with how well it worked. The counters are arranged around the kitchen, so I personally thought it would be nice to be able to see the ramen being made. This time I ordered wonton men. Soy sauce based soup is very delicious! It seems that green onion oil is accented! There were two types of char siu, one with a lot of fat and one with firm flesh. I think it's dare because I was carving it. Is delicious. Bean sprouts ramen is fried and served, so it seems that it takes a little longer than other menus.
Ramen Kabutoya! in Hanamigawa Ward, Chiba Prefecture. A mysterious ramen shop that evokes the atmosphere of popular ramen shops from the 80s and 90s. The style of the counter surrounding the kitchen is exactly that. For some reason, the ramen feels like it's from the 80's or 90's, so it's a really strange ramen shop. I often see restaurants with a Showa era Chinese atmosphere, but... You'd never see the atmosphere of a (popular) ramen shop from the Showa era...(unless you've been there since then). I looked it up and it was founded in 2001. After all, it was much later than the 80s and 90s. It's still strange. Order char siu noodles for 920 yen (single item) as set C, which comes with 3 gyoza and half rice. You can make it into a set menu for an additional 190 yen. The total price was 1110 yen. The ramen has plenty of fried onions and a nice aromatic flavor. The soup itself is a simple soy sauce with gara as its main ingredient. delicious. There are 6 slices of roast pork, and it's more soft and fluffy than melty. delicious. The noodles are thin, curly, and firm with a chewy texture. good. The rest is boiled egg and bean sprouts. Also worth noting is that the gyoza, which I wasn't expecting, was delicious! The ingredients inside are a combination of very finely chopped ingredients and slightly coarsely chopped ingredients, the finely chopped ingredients have a flavor, and the coarsely chopped ingredients have a texture, giving it an exquisite feel. The taste is also great. Hmm, that's wonderful. The rice is regular rice rather than half rice. It was a very satisfying set. Decided to repeat. 5 stars. It might be a hidden gem with a nostalgic feel. How can I say this...It's not the fancy, elaborate ramen of today, but the rough-hewn, junk-like atmosphere of the early days when ramen specialty shops competed with each other. Oh, and...it's a one-off shop operation, so please don't worry too much about it.
There are a lot of crunchy bean sprouts, and it goes well with the fried green onions and the thick soup. I like thin curly noodles because they are easy to eat. The dumplings were big and crispy, and the others were plump and filled with bean paste.
