Thick and dense but not salty fish base soup and curly thick noodles are very much. Highly recommend non-tonkotsu soup ramen preferred person. The ticket vending machine only accepts 1000yen bills, so be prepared for a few bills.

This ramen shop is loved by the locals. Went there on a rainy night and it is full seated with a queue outside. For the ramen: The noodle, eggs, and pork are very average. However the broth is extremely fine tuned and definitely the best I ever had. If I were to compare with Ichiran’s broth. The broth over here is well-tempered like Ichiran but delivers a heavy blow in term of taste.

I have been to top rated ramen joints all around Tokyo, but this is the one I keep coming back to. I eat here at least once a week, just to stay sane. FYI the ramen is great but they're more known for their tsukemen. Beware: you'll go into a food coma soon after you finish. Luckily I live around the block so I can take a nap afterwards.
