I love this place. It’s great. They make their soup with a mix of fish and pork, giving it a hearty and fresh flavor. I really enjoy the tsukemen at this place. The spicy version is the best. The tsukemen also has a ginger lemon sauce that you can add to it, giving the soup a zing that will really set your tastebuds alight. If you like ramen and are in the Gyotoku area, this place should be on your list.

--2023/07/14 revisit I got the chilled spicy tsukemen that is only available in summer. It's common to see large peppers floating in the soup. The scent of sesame oil and white sesame whets the appetite. Completed in no time. This is great when it's hot! I always wondered when I passed by, but finally entered the store. The store has one table for four people and about 10 counter seats. The tsukemen soup is based on pork bones. There are two types, normal and spicy. There are four types of servings: medium, medium, large, and beast king (?!). Free service on weekdays. It seems that it is a large serving service using the parking lot next door on holidays. The owner seems to have a disease in his field of vision, and although it is written as a basic self, he provided water and soup at a good timing. This time I got a large serving of 5 spicy. Thick grilled char siu and spicy chili peppers, bamboo shoots, green vegetables, seaweed, and hajikami are on top. By chewing this hajikami little by little in the middle stage, it contributes to resetting the mouth. The noodles are medium-thick and chewy, but they are smooth and go well with the rich soup. Among the shops that I ate, it is quite a high class among the shops that claim homemade noodles. There is no soup, no smell, no discomfort left on the tongue, and you can eat it smoothly. When it was served in a large serving, I thought it might have been a little too much, but it went smoothly, so I finished it in no time. I understand that it takes a lot of time and effort. Is it a labor deficit? The owner is very friendly, so it may be safe for families. I visited again after one day 💦 I'm already a fan.
