I found it when I went to Makuhari Hongo on my way back from renewing my license. I was surprised that the mini char siu bowl was free at lunchtime! The ramen itself was made with chicken broth, but it wasn't a light, healthy version, but rather like a family style tonkotsu ramen, it was hearty and filling. It's a great value and I recommend it.
