A popular shop that may be lined up a little. There are multiple types of soup, and you can enjoy different tastes every time you go. It's delicious every time. I'd be happy if there were a few more topping variations.

"If it's dried sardine-based ramen, it tastes amazing, unrivaled." When you think of sardine-based ramen, you may think of a mushy niboshi like Nagi, but the niboshi ramen here is a refreshing soup that removes as much of the harshness of the niboshi as possible. The flavor of the dried sardines is concentrated in the soup, and you can experience the exquisite taste that goes perfectly with the noodles and chashu. Char siu is made to go well with this dried sardine soup, and when you eat the soup, char siu, and noodles together, you can enjoy a blissful moment. I'm sure the other flavors are delicious, but the problem is that Niboshi Ramen is so delicious that I don't want to try other flavors. This is one of the best ramen restaurants that I want to go to over and over again. ~Additional note as I ate seafood pork bone and jaw and shottsuru~ In conclusion, the score is 100 points. 100 dried sardines Chin 115 points shottsuru 95 points Seafood pork bone 90 points It's like that. I never thought that my jaw would surpass the deliciousness of dried sardines. It's a really delicious ramen shop. I'd like to try some Bushi preparations, but would I be able to give up the deliciousness of the chin and bet my whole meal on that? . . I want to conquer it somehow. Tsudanuma Ramen Quintet Narutake mushrooms if it is rich Rasho is fine. For dried sardines, try Eisho Ramen Takumi Kenshoken (light ramen recommended) for Taishoken type Butaken 2nd for Jiro type It was decided.

Although it was quite far away, I visited while on a long trip. I had high expectations because it had such a good reputation, but first I tried the basic dried sardines with a flavored egg and seaweed! A bite of the soup is delicious! The aroma and flavor of the dried sardines and the salty seasoning were just right, and I ended up drinking two or three sips. The firmness of the medium-thick noodles that perfectly mix with the delicious soup is the perfect match. With a pleasant bite The way it goes down your throat is exquisite. What is noteworthy is the large menma tip! The ramen is soft, has just the right amount of crunch, and has a subtle seasoning that perfectly complements the entire ramen. The char siu is thin and modest, but it's soft and has just the right amount of salty seasoning.Although it may seem unsatisfying at first glance, the ramen as a whole is actually perfectly balanced! There is an old-fashioned naruto and elegantly added julienned green onions. I like the flavored egg topping as it has a gentle taste! It's a little firmer than half-boiled. You will be happy if you scoop the soup and noodles together with a large amount of seaweed. No, it was a very stable cup, as you would expect from a long-established store with an unwavering history! There are eight different menus depending on the type of soup stock and noodles, so you'll want to try them all. Oh, this is a store I would like to visit if it was closer! Thank you for the meal! !
