Well I suddenly found this small restaurant in Kita kashiwa. I ordered one Okinawa Ramen and it feels so goodddddd. 700 yen for a bowl like this.

Best ramen I've ever eaten in my life! So creamy tonkotsu shoyu.

I had the ramen (dark and oily) and rice. The soup will be cloudy and the chicken oil will float on top. The seasoning is mild, but the pork is rich in flavor. Rice is delicious with just the soup, but I like to eat it with bean sauce on top. The spiciness of the bean sauce, the umami of the soup, and the sweetness of the carbohydrates all come together to make you happy. I felt that the volume was lacking. Although I had some rice, I wasn't full. Ramen-level noodles may have less noodles than regular ramen.
