This ramen shop was originally located in "Kashiwa" in Chiba, but it has been three years since it moved to Kita Senju. The score is not high, the location is hidden. There are not many items, in addition to soy sauce and miso, add a strong taste, that's all. The 100% domestic pork bone soup is not a problem, and the soy sauce is also rich and salty. The homemade noodles retain the aroma of wheat and take into account the elasticity. The char siew of the three-yuan pork is not too bad, the gravy is rich in one bite, and the flavor is plain. Especially in this bitingly cold winter, the whole bowl of noodles is served in an earthen pot, and it is still hot from the first bite to the last.
