A shop near the south exit of Abiko Station. Inside the store, there are nine fixed red round chairs at the L-shaped counter. There seems to be some private room-style table seating in the back, but the structure is compact. I had Sapporo ramen and rice. The miso in the soup is extremely salty. It's my favorite type. It has a deep garlic flavor and a slightly buttery richness. delicious. There is no need to adjust table seasonings. The yellowish noodles are medium-thin. The noodles are smooth and have a firm texture. The char siu is thick and has an imposing presence. When you bring it to your mouth, it falls apart. The fatty meat is melty and makes you feel happy. I went to the Abiko area, but I wanted to eat Himuro's Orochon for the first time in a while, so I decided to convince my family to go there. It's a small store, but there was only one table seat, and other customers came out at the right time, so I was able to slip in. I ordered Orochon, my wife and eldest son ordered salt ramen, and my second son ordered soy sauce ramen. The Orochon that was brought to us shortly after was served for the first time in a long time, but it still tasted the same. The texture is perfect, with plenty of vegetables such as bean sprouts and green peppers, as well as diced chashu and wood ears. I don't do this much except for Jiro-style dishes, but I like to stir the ingredients, noodles, and soup thoroughly and turn them upside down. I'll enjoy having this. Aaaaaaa, it's really delicious. The flavor is very strong, but well balanced. The soup might be milder if you choose normal instead of huge. It was like that the last time I ate it. I mean, the taste balls are delicious.
