Favorite ramen

It's been a long time since I last had ramen at Ginya Shiroishi store.The rich miso tonkotsu ramen I received today was delicious, featuring medium-thick noodles and a sweet, trotted soup.

I ate regular pork bone soy sauce! The taste was delicious and you could feel the creaminess of the pork bones! Personally, I don't find the saltiness or the unpleasant sharpness of the soy sauce to be a delicious ramen that everyone will enjoy! So there were a lot of families with small children. The pork belly is well seasoned and delicious. If there is one characteristic, the noodles are quite hard! Personally, I like it, but this is the first time it was this hard. I liked that it was chewy rather than chewy and had a satisfying texture.
