I'm from Itoshima, Fukuoka Prefecture, and out of all the Hakata tonkotsu ramen I ate in Chiba, this was the one that suited my taste the best. Looking at Itoshima City and Fukuoka City's Nishi Ward, Odai's Ramen seems to be close. The char siu was also my favorite type. Personally, I have never found Takana to be a spicy type with a red color. I found that there was karashi noodles as a substitute, so I would like to order that next time. Overall it was very delicious and I will come again. I hope it continues for a long time. good luck. You can pick up mustard greens, pickled ginger, bean sprouts, and garlic for free. Water and green tea are also self-serve. Although it's along the national highway, the parking lot is spacious, so it wasn't stressful to get in.

The fried rice is similar to the fried rice of Kyushu, where the pan is shaking well, and the ham cutlet drains well of oil, making it crispy.
