This series of shops seems to be popular for miso-based ramen. This time I ordered miso char siu noodles. It's delicious with a rich miso! The grilled pork has just the right amount of fat, and if you add it to the ramen soup, it will become even softer and delicious. Half rice suits you so come on 🍚

I think the char siu here is the most delicious in Kurumaya Ramen in this area. I think miso ramen is delicious, but I'm not a miso ramen fan, so I eat curry ramen, salt ramen, tonkotsu, and Chinese ramen in rotation. Other than miso, it's delicious 😋 I wasn't good at Taiwanese ramen 😅
