It's a pity that this summer it's not chilled Chinese food but zaru Chinese food. Last year's chilled Chinese noodles were very elaborate and delicious, and I loved it, but this year's Zaru Chinese noodles didn't even have char siu, but at this price, I felt like I lost a lot. I also added an image of chilled Chinese noodles for comparison. It seems that toppings are available for an extra charge, not free.

I've been interested in it for a while and visited several times, but due to the coronavirus, it was closed and I wasn't able to visit. I had a plan to go to the rice field area, but I suddenly remembered and visited again. Surprisingly, it was open, so my wife and I went in. My wife ordered Hiiragi ramen, I ordered miso ramen, and a set of rice and boiled gyoza. Hiiragi ramen has thin soy sauce-based noodles with a light seafood soup, while miso ramen has thick noodles with rich miso that clings to the soup. Each had their own merits, and it was my favorite ramen. After all, the aroma and texture of the roasted pork belly, which is also a selling point, was exquisite. Ramen is rated 5 The rice and boiled dumplings in the set were not good. I think the boiled gyoza was designed to balance the green onions, but I think the fried gyoza would have been better. The rice was a little watery, so I gave it a -1 for the set menu. I recently visited again. This time I ordered black soy sauce ramen. This was delicious. Despite being from Hakata, miso ramen is usually my first choice, but the black soy sauce here may even surpass miso. Last time, I ordered a lunch set, but this time I only ordered ramen. It feels like a hidden gem, and I personally recommend it. I have changed the rating to 5 again.

I went to a newly opened shop for the first time.The inside of the shop is beautiful and the menu looks delicious. The order is special spicy soy sauce mazesoba extra serving! Comes with rice 👍 Total kilo over 1 kilo is desperate 😱 It's so delicious!! ️ The taste and ingredients were great ☺️ I ate too much, so next time I will ask for a large serving with soup.
