I came here for the first time after hearing from word of mouth that the miso ramen and chashu pork were delicious. The store looks like a normal ramen shop. The staff (husband and wife?) are very nice and the atmosphere is nice. I ordered tonkotsu ramen and fried rice, and my wife ordered miso ramen and fried rice. Unlike Kyushu's pork bone ramen, it had a lot of fat floating in it, but it had a light flavor and the charred pork was thick and delicious, including the menma. The miso ramen was also delicious. 2023/9/27 Today, I ordered a set meal of Ezo miso ramen and chashu rice bowl, and my son ordered a large serving of Hiroshima miso ramen. The Hiroshima miso ramen looks like it has a lot of miso, but the flavor was mild and well-balanced, and the charsi was thick and juicy, both of which were delicious. By the way, I ordered a large serving. I have Ezo miso ramen. Not to mention the charsi, the miso flavor was mild and light and didn't leave your stomach feeling full, and the portion was so large that my son ate half of the mini charsi bowl. If you want to eat miso ramen near Mimomi, this is the place! I ordered Ezo Miso Ramen with Charshu Toppings and Fried Rice. As it is a miso specialty, the umami, saltiness, and noodles are in good harmony, and the miso flavor is perfect. very delicious. As recommended by others, the grilled chashu is fragrant and thick, and goes perfectly with the miso, so I highly recommend ordering it. The fried rice is nothing special, but it's worth ordering if you're hungry. It was delicious so I will visit again. Thank you for the meal🙏

Visited during the day on weekdays. There are 4 counter seats and 3 tatami rooms. We are very grateful that there are about 5 parking spaces facing the road. Although it was late afternoon, there were always a few customers. Since it was my first time, I decided to try Ezo miso ramen which seemed like the main dish and topped it with chashu. I also wanted to eat fried rice, so I added half-fried rice as well. The chashu is very delicious. It has a nice seared feel and melts in your mouth. I carefully ate 4 pieces. The fried rice may have had less oil, and the eggs were fluffy and rustic. It might not be suitable for a sales person because I was told that I smelled like garlic when I returned to the office. The chashu is really delicious.
