More Comments at Google MapThe miso ramen is very delicious, and the whole family loves it. It was renewed in the early summer of 2023, and the terrace seats were wider. =Information about bringing dogs= ✅ Accompaniment is OK only for terrace seats It is a terrace seat with a roof (tarp). If it rains a little, you can eat without problems. The tarp can be opened and closed, so you can avoid the sunshine, and in winter, you can open it up and it will be a warm and warm seat. At dinnertime, the lamps are beautifully illuminated, creating a romantic terrace that you would never think of as a ramen shop. ・・・・・・ ✔️Buggy cart OK ✔️Large dogs OK ✔️ With lead hook ✔️Dog treats available Dog-friendly rules are attached to the menu.
Previously, the menu featured items other than ramen, but it appears they have changed their focus to ramen. There are also a few menu items other than ramen (such as loin cutlet). I hadn't been there recently, so I ordered a standard ramen using local Chiba Megumi miso, which I didn't have before. Since the restaurant is premium, even if you order the regular one, it comes with two types of chashu and a half-sliced egg on top. There was only one other customer, but I waited about 5 minutes for my bowl to arrive. Now. Just by placing the bowl in front of you, you can smell the rich aroma of miso. This area is known as Tadokoro Shoten. The description mentions different types of soup stock, but the rich aroma of miso is enough. Having said that, the soup stock is important because without it, the dish will probably become watery. The slightly salty taste is perhaps a characteristic of miso. It doesn't seem to be salty at all. The noodles are medium to slightly thick with a slightly higher water content. The chewy and smooth noodles seem to have changed from the boring noodles of a few years ago. Or is it because it's premium? ? The char siu is grilled miso char siu and roast beef-like meat. The meat that looks like roast beef has a strong umami flavor and is not so tender that it falls apart, but on the contrary, the meat is chewed and the umami oozes out. Miso Grilled Char Siu is sure to be delicious if you grill the miso (lol) The flavor of the grill brings out the flavor of the pork belly. Crunchy bean sprouts, and the boiled egg is pretty normal. lastly. The chopped green onions used as a seasoning got mixed into the entire soup. However, the amount is small and it does not serve as a condiment. Haha☆4? That's what I was thinking. The thick shinachiku on top was very spicy. It's crunchy, thick, and spicy, and I wonder if this is a condiment? ? Although it is small when viewed from the whole, it has a strong presence and plays the role of condiment. This suddenly gave it a 5 star. It was a huge reversal.
The chewy texture of the medium-thick noodles and the miso soup were the best👍 The thickness of the char siu was just right for me, and the miso marinade made it very delicious😆 The interior of the store has a high ceiling and a sense of openness, and pets are allowed (terrace seats). K. it seems like. The price may feel a little high, but I felt satisfied 😊
