The best ramen restaurant ever

I visited for the first time in three years since November 2020 to try miso, which I couldn't eat last time. Ordered a small miso and a hardened vegetable garlic oil. The amount of noodles is Jiro standard. However, even though it's a hard order, it's quite a nerd lol But it's delicious so no problem The miso soup is a little salty, but the pork stock is so effective that you can eat it easily. Yasai also has a lot of cabbage, and the standard amount of garlic is not spicy. I thought that Abra and Kaeshi were not mixed together. It's been a while since the last time, so it's difficult to compare with the regular small, but it's a blessing because it's the only miso that's directly related to it. Personally, I like Miso from Ore no Ikiru Michi because it has a stronger flavor. However, the customer service of the owner and his wife is incredibly polite and humbling. I'll come back later.
