While I've eaten a lot of different types of ramen, I finally came across a restaurant that had delicious dried sardine soup. This time I ordered Daibutsu Ramen. The soup has a rich pork bone soy sauce base plus seafood stock, and the flavor of dried sardines spreads in your mouth from the moment you put it in your mouth. The thick, powdery (fishmeal? pork bone?) residue remained in our mouths, but it didn't feel unpleasant, and the umami of the seafood made us gulp, and my friend and I gulped down the soup in no time. . The noodles, chashu, and flavored eggs were also delicious. There are several types of menu, but I would like to try the seafood ramen next. Definitely a repeat purchase!
