Inzai, Chiba, Japan｜Tadokoro Shoten

One of my favourite miso ramen places of all time. There are 3 main styles (regions) of miso ramen and any different topping options. I can only remember their Hokkaido style because it's the only one I ever order because it tastes amazing with thick miso and a fulfilling portion of noodles with an extra potato topping (because its Hokkaido). The pork belly (cha-shuu) that you can get as a topping is highly recommended; much thicker than the ones you get in other places and the taste is mesmerizing. You won't regret it!

Best Miso Ramen in Chiba! I've been here since my hometown is Chiba, and I'm always satisfied with rich miso soup. This time, I tried Edomae Miso, and it tasted sweet and rich. I would like to try this miso one more time!!
