Our Airbnb host brought us to this wonderful restaurant to share a local favorite of his. Eating here was an absolutely delightful experience! Very, very good. A must-try if you’re in the area! Well priced, large portions, so good I could eat until I pop. We may have to extend our stay so we can visit again!

I visited this ramen shop because it was rated the most popular in Yachimata City by Ramen Bank. There was a lunchtime restaurant, but the parking lot was packed and the restaurant was quite popular. There are several posters of ramen events posted inside the store, and you can see that there are various stalls. Now, let's eat. I had an image of Tokushima Ramen based on the visual appearance, but this was something completely different. And I was betrayed in a good way. First of all, the moment you take a sip of the soup, it has a strong impact. This is a soup that I have never had before. The triple soup, which is a blend of beef, pork, and chicken, has a slightly viscous texture and a rich flavor. The amount of salt in the soy sauce is just right, and the garlic also does a great job! Maybe it's because I love garlic, but there are many soups that can be overpowered by the garlic in a bad ramen, but this is the kind of soup that will definitely be even more delicious if you have it. The soup doesn't lose to the garlic at all. The deliciousness multiplies the effect. Another special feature is the meat topping, which is grilled with ginger! Tokushima ramen is sweet and spicy like sukiyaki, but this is a completely different dish.If you eat it alternately with rice, the rice will go on and on (lol) The noodles are medium-thin and have a high water content. Is it normal? This also goes well with the thick soup. Well, it's been a long time since I've had such an impressive and delicious ramen. If it was close to my house, it would definitely be a store I would return to.

My wish came true, my first visit. Ordered the original meatball soba and meatball tsukemen. I was surprised that the original Nikutama soba tasted sweeter than it looked, but it was really delicious. The topping meat is so good! It was a ramen that felt like sukiyaki and could be a side dish. Tsukemen also looks like a thick soup, not so thick and delicious! As advertised for ramen with the best rice in Japan, let's eat it with rice next time.
