It was a ramen shop that I had been very interested in for a long time. My husband and I had some free time during the holidays, so we visited a little before noon. Naturally, there were so many people lining up that I hesitated, but luckily there was one paid parking lot available, so I was able to park there. This is a small ramen shop located about 5 minutes walk from Katsutadai Station on the Keisei Main Line. Write your name and wait in line. There's a Chinese restaurant right in front of you on the opposite side, so if you line up in that parking lot, you'll get scolded. When my name was called one by one and I went inside, I was surprised to see that the customers were seated with their senses open, rather than satisfied customers. Therefore, I felt like I could eat slowly. The ramen was also very delicious and I wanted to go there again. The ramen alone wasn't enough, so I ordered some rice cooked with dried sardines. When I put Arale and yuzu pepper on top and used the leftover ramen soup to make Ochazuke, it really changed the flavor and was delicious. It's been a long time since I've had ramen that I wanted to eat even if I had to wait in line. Thank you for your meal.

When I went there for the first time about 5 years ago at the suggestion of a friend, I had the regular sardine soba, but was it worth the praise? I was overwhelmed by the harshness of the dried sardines and didn't find it tasty. One day, my friend took me there again. At that time, I decided to try making soba with ginger sardines, and when I ate this, it was easy to eat without any harshness, and it was very delicious. If you have never eaten dried sardines ramen, we recommend trying it here! If you are confident that you can eat a lot, try eating rice as well! I haven't been there recently, but when I went last time, the summer condiments on the back were delicious. Good luck in your fight against the disease.

Due to the owner's health condition and the number of noodles left, I recommend checking x(twitter) before going at night. The inside of the restaurant is clean, and the light soup is thicker than it looks, and you can definitely feel the presence of dried sardines. However, the light taste without being overpowering made it worth the trip.
