It starts from 7:00 in the morning. I visited around 8:30 on a weekday, and it seemed like there were always 5 or 6 customers. I ordered green onion chashu, but the noodles were thinner than I expected, and the soup was darker than I had imagined for rasho, which was the balance I wanted. The char siew also has a texture and flavor that matches the soup.

Opening hours are 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and there is a large parking lot. The ramen shop Tsubaki Group was delicious. The chashu was made from shoulder roast and was very tender and delicious. My personal recommendation is the green onion and char siu noodles, which are medium-firm noodles with a double serving of scallions and char siu. The staff was friendly and the ramen was delicious, so I was very satisfied.

Lately I've been hooked on a ramen shop that's open from 7am. From the moment the store opened, customers poured in and the store quickly became full... The taste is outstanding even among ramen shops. It may be the best in Chiba prefecture. Recommended is Kotekote Ramen. The creaminess of the backfat and the refreshing taste of the onions are exquisite!
