More Comments at Google MapI've been indebted to you for a long time, but I've been away from Chiba for a while, so it's been about a few decades? I visited. The menu has remained the same since then, with two choices: tsukemen and ramen, and the restaurant used to be run by two men, but now it is run by a woman and the owner. When you come to Soga, the first thing you should do is warm up some tsukemen with a stone spoon. The aroma of wheat and eggs is exquisite and hits your nose nicely, and the chewy texture is just right. The soup is Japanese-style based, but it's not a full-fledged Japanese style, so it doesn't have any flavor. Of course, they will also split the soup for you, so you won't have any leftovers!
I was able to sit down without waiting because it was after 13:00 on weekdays. I usually wait outside until it's empty, but when I'm called when it's empty, I'm very polite and guided. I feel good when my sincerity towards customers is expressed in such small gestures. I think this is probably run by a couple, but both of them are very friendly and comfortable. I asked for tsukemen, but the noodles are thick straight noodles, very smooth and delicious with the scent of wheat. It makes me feel that I am particular about noodles so much that I make tsukemen a signboard. Both the dipping sauce and the seafood are light, and you can eat it until the end without getting tired of it. The char siu has a strong taste, but it is soft and perfect. The only thing that bothers me is that the soup gets cold quickly. It would be nice if you could make the vessel thicker, even if it's not a baked iron.
