I went to the open-air “Menya Shokudo Kotobuki Okusamachi branch”💖 I am grateful that the parking lot is large. One customer after another could not be cut off. The parking lot was also full. Well, here are my thoughts. First, the cooking area is wide and deep. Staff can come and go with ease. Emphasis on safety and efficiency. The menu is carefully selected from the customer's perspective. By narrowing down the variety, efficiency and waste rates are reduced, which reduces unit costs. I'm also happy that there are three sizes. The side menu is also carefully selected based on what you want to eat. I made the ramen size smaller and added half fried rice and boiled egg ♥ And the highlight is the “Apricot tofu” which costs 350 yen and is super delicious💖 I thought it would be a normal smooth type, but it was moderately rich, like a raw cheesecake. This looks like it's going to be addictive ♥ It was delicious. Thank you for the meal♥

My family and I immediately went to Menya Shokudo Kotobuki-san as it was newly opened. It was a huge success every day and there was a long line, but the man who guided us was very smooth and we didn't have to wait long to get in. Menya Kotobuki has stores in Chiba, Unimo, Kamatori Aeon, etc., but this is the largest store and is easy for families to use. Although they were very busy, they kindly accommodated me. The ramen was delicious, and the fried rice and almond tofu were exquisite 😍 I think there are some things I'm not used to with the open design, but I have high hopes that it will get even better. I definitely recommend it!! ️
