If you add plenty of green onions to this, it will neutralize it nicely and you can pull it together with the noodles. The char siu is well-cooked and has a slightly aromatic flavor. Also, if you add infinite garlic to the half-charshu maze and sprinkle with mayo, you can enjoy the junkiness to the fullest. ～～～ I've visited this place several times, and it's open from 8am, so you can wait outside when you visit. Because it faces the national highway, you can only enter from the downward direction, so if you come from the upward direction, you will have to make a long turn around. The store staff are cheerful and provide smooth guidance. It was my first time to try salt, but it has a milder flavor than soy sauce, and you can really enjoy the richness of the pork. I asked for less oil, but at this time of the day, this would be just the right amount. The springy noodles, crunchy spinach, and the added pork loin were flavorful and delicious. They also have a good selection of rice dishes, and the ``mabushi'' with kimchi on top is also wonderful. I also like that there are plenty of seasonings such as garlic and ginger on the table. If it's in your neighborhood, you'll definitely come back here. I don't have a family specialty store in my hometown, so I wonder if they could open a branch nearby...
