It's rare in the Kanto region, and it's very delicious with a taste close to the authentic Fukuoka tonkotsu ramen. Personally, I recommend the thin noodles of tonkotsu soy sauce ramen. The slightly thick soup and the noodles with a unique crunchy texture are a perfect match. Is it close to Chikuho Ramen? Next time I would like to ask for it in a different way.

I had the salted tonkotsu ramen and it was really good. Ever since I ate Fukuoka tonkotsu in the past, I had not been able to find a tonkotsu that I was satisfied with, but when I tried Sanada's tonkotsu, I was surprised to find that the taste was similar and even more to my liking. The person who accompanied me tried the salt ramen and said it was the most delicious. I think I will come to this restaurant almost every time I want to eat ramen in the future.

The chewy thick noodles, the soup, and the char siu were all delicious. Next, I was also interested in pork bone soy sauce, so I want to try it.
