More Comments at Google Mapdelicious! The char siu is soft, and when you bite into it, the umami of soy sauce spreads in your mouth. A simple, crisp soy sauce-flavored soup with no strange smell. Noodles, menma, and plenty of onions to match it. It was the ideal takeoka-style cup that I was looking for. However, it would have been perfect if there was a flavored egg. The fried rice was also moist but delicious. I want to go again.
Order a large serving of chashu noodles ·soup Takeoka style I think the soup is made with the chashu broth and noodles boiled water. It's rich and has a long aftertaste. I've eaten a lot of Takeoka-style ramen, and I think it's one of the most delicious. It was probably the type of soup that was neutral and could be drunk without worrying about the salt content. ·noodles It's Takeoka style, but it's raw noodles instead of instant noodles. It has a nice crunch and picks up the soup well. It was delicious and went well with the soup. ・Ingredients roasted pork fillet Soft that you can chew it with your teeth. It had the sweetness of the fat, a slight star anise-like aroma, and just the right amount of saltiness, making it filling and delicious. onion They are not frozen onions, which are common, but are chopped the same day, and have a strong onion flavor. Menma Maybe just normal. ·Facility Deferred payment system Parking available Toilet available Water self Children's plates and forks available Counter seats available No table seats ・Overview The price was reasonable, and the ramen included three slices of chashu, and a good amount of onion, so it was a satisfying dish for the eater. I would like to come back because the owner is very personable and I can feed my children with peace of mind.
The shop is located in a residential area, just down an alley next to a yakiniku restaurant on Mobara Kaido. There is also parking for 4 cars in the back left of the store. The inside of the store is small, and only about 7 people can sit at the counter. Ramen is Takeoka style. The noodles seem to be fresh noodles, not dried noodles. This is the Takeoka style of cooking, in which the whole dish is boiled in one pot. The soup is not very thick. It's about as dark as Fujiya in Kisarazu. The chashu was not tough and had a good taste. There were some onions on it, but I asked for more onions. Astragalus was served with and without holes. Garlic was not on the table. This restaurant is a Takeoka-style ramen restaurant, but they also serve fried rice and gyoza. The gyoza in particular looks like it's handmade and is delicious. I wasn't able to get fried rice this time, but I'll get it when I'm hungry. They also offer half-fried rice, so you can fit it into whatever suits your needs. Thank you for the delicious Takeoka ramen and gyoza. It was a feast.
