Do you feel like you're kinder to the Jiro system? There were families here and there. The shop is large, so you don't have to queue outside. Although they are from China, they take orders politely even though they are broken. I asked for vegetables. There was a rice bar that I don't see much locally. The seasoning is light and it may be disappointing if you expect a lot, but I was looking for a restaurant that was open at night, and I wasn't looking for a Jiro type, so for such people, the taste is strong. I wonder if it's normal. I don't know how much adjustment you have, but what about darker ones?
