Kawachi, Ibaraki, Japan｜Ramen Shop Tsubaki Kawachi

A ramen shop run by Tsukuba Corporation. It is always crowded with many customers. Although the parking lot is large, it is often full. Inside the store, there are about 10 seats at the counter and 3 tables that seat 4 people. Meal tickets are required, and water is self-service. When you entered the store, you first wrote your name and number of people in a notebook and then purchased a meal ticket. (I didn't have notes before...) On this day, we had shichimi vinegar ramen medium serving, extra green onion (green onion topping), and rock seaweed topping "noodles firmer, less fat". Medium-thin noodles from Asahiya Co., Ltd. go well with the rich yet refreshing soup that is neither too sour nor too spicy. It contained 3 pieces of seaweed and 2 pieces of chashu. Green onions with plenty of volume. The taste is irresistible for green onion lovers. This shop sparked my interest in ramen shops. For those who say, "Rasho is delicious, but I don't like it a little thick", it might be a good idea to order "low fat" at this restaurant.

I had the Iwanori Green Onion Charshu Men. This is delicious! ! I went for lunch on the first day of a three-day weekend, and the wait was about 20 minutes. I also went to Rasho, which is said to be the best in Japan, but this one has just the right amount of backfat and is lighter in taste, so for me it's provisionally number one.

I went to see the delicious Lasho. When I ordered the noodles with hardened noodles, I was happy to receive them with the hardness of the noodles ^_^ The soup has just the right concentration and is delicious! I can still drink it even though I'm avoiding salt (lol). When topped with rock seaweed, the flavor of the sea is very good, and it's also good for the body (^｡^) Of course I also enjoyed the green onion bowl, I was satisfied with the amount of delicious green onions on it ^ ^ It's a very busy shop, but the turnover is very good, the staff greets you well, and it's a good shop. I'll go again~(^_^)
