I am very particular about soy sauce! ! (in a good way) Anyone can find their favorite ramen by looking at their favorite soy sauce (there are three main types), other flavors, ramen genres, and seasonal menus posted at stores. I thought it might be (⁠*⁠´⁠ω⁠｀⁠*⁠) After thinking about it both inside and outside the store, I ordered the lunch set (Torataro ramen & half fried rice) for 990 yen (tax included). The fried rice tasted like you would get at your favorite Chinese restaurant, and it was a little strong! Torataro Ramen has a traditional ramen taste, not the Iekei or hearty type, but the soup is elegant and the way it goes with the thin noodles is very good. Although the noodles are thin, they have a chewy texture, and although the chashu is thinly sliced, it has a strong flavor that I was surprised by, contrary to its appearance. I think this set would be just right for people around my age (lol) It was convenient because you can pay with PayPay (⁠・⁠∀⁠・⁠) I'll visit you again♪
