The store is located in a good location where you can see a lot of business banners from the rotary on the south side of Katsutadai Station! A ramen shop that boasts chewy noodles unique to the Tohoku region (⁠*⁠´⁠ω⁠｀⁠*⁠) Most of the seats are counter seats and there are 2 tables (for 4 people). The cold water was self-service and the water that came out of the water server was very kinkin ♪ I ordered Chinese soba (850 yen including tax) and Takeoka-style char siu rice bowl (350 yen including tax). I entered the store around 12:00 on weekdays, and it was just full, but the offer was fast and within 10 minutes! The combination of the Kitakata-style golden soup (soy sauce) and the chewy noodles is the ultimate in old-fashioned Chinese soba. Onions are added as an accent to the Takeoka-style char siu rice bowl, and people wondered, "Is it spicy?" ! If you think, there is no bitterness "You think you're cool in life? ! ! (laughs) When I stop by Katsutadai, it usually becomes a ramen review, but it was a shop that I wanted to review! I would like to try chilled ramen and spicy miso.

Visited again for the first time in half a year, delicious as always! First time visiting for lunch! I got a large serving of Chinese soba, I want to eat it even if it's hot 😆 I'm coming to the store for the first time in a year! It's delicious after all ♪ Tonight, I'll have it with char siu noodles and rice! The soup, noodles and char siu are delicious, let's come again! 😆 Yeah! Kin-chan Ramen I like it. "I often go to the main store." This time, I tried the Takeoka-style ramen, and it was delicious. However, it was a little salty and I couldn't finish the soup.
