Definitely one of my favorite ramen shop around this area…. The noodle and the soup has a very rich umami flavor to it and you can even ask them to make the noodle to your preference. You can choose the noodle size, the richness of the soup, the amount of oil in the soup, etc…. Definitely a must try if you’re in the area… Btw if you’re confused about which menu to choose, I would definitely recommend the shio (salt) ramen max so you can have a taste of their original broth flavor.
